This is why we are dedicated to help people with injuries and limitations in a professional and informed manner.
Who we work with
Citrus Fitness has a strong alliance with a team of Allied Health Professionals which include a Chiropractor, Physiotherapist, Sports Medical Practitioner, Podiatrist, Remedial Masseuse, Psychologist and Hypnotherapist.
How does it work?
Initially, we will perform a physical and postural assessment. Depending on the severity of limitation/injury, we work with the most suitable allied health professional to help rehabilitate, strengthen, prevent further injury and get the most out of your exercise program.
1 on 1
Because safety is our main priority, we reserve 1 on 1 personal training for clients who need that extra attention to their injuries and rehabilitation.
