At Citrus Fitness, we believe that life is about health. We want you to not only transform your body, but sustain the change so that you live the life you want. To make sure that you are able to create sustainability, all our trainings are built on four core principles:
We strive to teach our clients the most up-to-date, scientifically researched and proven methods of safe and permanent body transformations. We dispel the myths, bust the fads, correct the confusion, and give our clients the tools they need to succeed.
Ultimately, motivation comes from the client but when you are with us, we aim to maintain your motivation at face-to-face trainings and online through our Facebook and Instagram, where we post motivationals, tips, ideas, and client progress regularly.
Our trainers not only talk the talk, they also walk the walk. We are living, breathing examples of our own work, and truly live and embrace the lifestyle. We train the same way that we train our clients, we eat the same way that we teach our clients to eat, and we think positively and inspire our clients to conquer their thinking patterns for a happier and more harmonious life.
